Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Lead Business Analyst with strong expertise in Temenos T24 (R17+) and Temenos Payments Hub (TPH). The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, driving requirement analysis, solution design, and successful delivery of banking and payments initiatives.
This role requires deep domain knowledge in banking operations, strong stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering and analysis for Temenos T24 and TPH implementations
- Work extensively on Arrangement Architecture and product configurations
- Prepare detailed documentation including PLWs, BSDDs, FSDs, and Delta Logs
- Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to translate requirements into functional solutions
- Drive SIT and UAT phases, including test case preparation and validation of outcomes
- Ensure alignment with business processes across Retail, Corporate, Payments, Lending, and Financial Inclusion
- Manage stakeholder communication and act as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams
- Support change management, training, and adoption initiatives
- Contribute to integration discussions and parameterization activities
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in T24 (R17+) and TPH implementations
- In-depth understanding of Arrangement Architecture
- Solid domain expertise in Banking Operations (Retail, Corporate, Payments, Compliance)
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering and documentation (PLWs, BSDDs, FSDs, Delta Logs)
- Experience in SIT/UAT cycles, including test case creation and validation
- Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills
Good-to-Have Skills
- Certifications in Temenos modules
- Experience in change management and training delivery
- Familiarity with parameterization and integration points
