Lead Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business discussions and act as a liaison between business users and technical/data teams
• Elicit requirements through workshops, brainstorming sessions, and meetings
• Analyze and understand data requirements from multiple source systems to deliver KPIs
• Enhance insurance-specific target data models, metadata layers, and data marts/star schema designs
• Manage data modeling and data design activities on projects
• Document and map source system data points to targeted data models
• Create reusable components, frameworks, and models from executed data projects
• Understand Sapiens core policy administration system and perform transactions for BI/DWH datasets
• Prepare functional and technical documents, use cases, user stories, mock-ups, and test cases
• Interact with clients daily and provide demos by end of each sprint
• Coordinate with product and internal core teams to define product roadmap and out-of-box solutions
• Run blueprint and analysis & design (A&D) sessions with customers
• Review existing business processes and provide recommendations
• Travel to customer sites globally as required
