Job Description

We are seeking a BSA to join our team. You will be working closely with our Salesforce platform, including Salesforce CPQ. The ideal candidate should possess a detailed understanding of Salesforce configurations, business processes, permission sets, and role assignments, and should have the ability to understand system integrations with other tools such as Atlassian products and Jira. This role will also combine the responsibilities of an Assistant Project Manager and Quality Assurance Analyst.

Responsibilities

  • Understand, define, and configure business processes within Salesforce and CPQ instances
  • Review and edit workflow notifications and email alerts based on revised processes or business needs
  • Manage permission sets, profiles, role assignments, and analyze their implications on organizational changes
  • Assist with triaging support queries and determine appropriate follow-up actions
  • Address security-related tickets and reorganization requests effectively
  • Collaborate with teams to gain insights into Salesforce modules and CPQ functionalities to support business requirements
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to project deliverables meaningfully
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to support project management activities
  • Conduct peer reviews to ensure system changes align with business goals and resolve system-related issues
  • Perform testing activities such as QA, test planning, and UAT
  • Create and deliver user training/documentation for consistent system use across teams

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with extensive experience in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ)
  • At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
  • Expertise in Salesforce CPQ, including configuration and maintenance
  • Competency in configuring Salesforce core modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ) and managing associated security settings
  • Background in project management support and quality assurance methods
  • Ability to understand, design, and manage complex business and technical processes effectively
  • Resourcefulness in addressing complex issues and leveraging platforms like the Salesforce Trailblazer Community
  • Excellent communication skills and capability to collaborate across teams

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with additional tools and systems such as Jira and Atlassian products
  • Knowledge of Salesforce system integrations with third-party tools
  • Experience with advanced Salesforce reporting and analytics features
