Lead Business Analyst / Product Owner Health care

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Requirements Discovery, Analysis & Documentation
- Lead discovery sessions to translate business needs into detailed epics
- Break down complex business needs into clear, testable requirements.
- Create BRD / FRDs, user stories, process maps, UX flows.
- Conduct competitive analysis based on business needs.
- Work with UX team to design Customer journeys
- Partner with Product Owner for backlog management, prioritization, and sprint planning.
- Ensure requirements meet Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
- Interact with Technical to ensure business needs are translated as discussed
- Support QA team to ensure functional test scenario coverage aligns with DoD:
- Drive Sprint Demos, UAT, defect triage and release validation
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
- 1012 years total, with minimum 56 years in Digital Health, Healthcare IT, or Health Informatics.
- Strong experience contributing to Agile product teams (SaaS/web/mobile).
Domain Expertise
- Consumer health platforms (WebMD-like models): content hubs, navigation, SEO, personalization.
- Jira/Confluence, Figma (or similar UX collaboration tools).
- Experience in content management systems (CMS)
- SQL basics and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
Nice to Have
Education
- Bachelor's degree; preference for Healthcare, Life Sciences, Informatics, or Technology.
- Master's degree in health informatics or related field is an advantage.
