Role Overview

The Lead Business Analyst will take on a leadership role in defining and driving strategic business initiatives. This role involves setting the direction for business analysis, leading a team of analysts, and providing executive-level insights to support decision-making. The Lead Business Analyst will work closely with senior leadership to align business strategies with operational execution, ensuring the delivery of high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the business analysis strategy, ensuring alignment with noon's overall objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Executive Insights & Reporting: Provide high-level insights and recommendations to senior leadership, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment on project goals and delivering impactful outcomes.
  • Process Optimization & Innovation: Lead efforts to identify and implement innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee major business initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring teams.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience working with executive teams and delivering high-level insights.
  • Deep understanding of business processes and operational efficiency.
  • Experience in the e-commerce or technology sector is highly preferred.
