Job Description
- Play active role in building effective business processes
- Manage Merchant Management Lyfe Cycle process
- Lead operational assignments as assigned end to end to identify all potential problems and provide solutions
- Assist in writing business use cases, processes, controls, tracking defects and their resolutions
- identify gaps in business process and provide effective end to end workable solutions to improve productivity and reduce time to market
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
- Adaptable and flexible as tasks and assignments change in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Technical Skills
- Minimum of 7+ years experience as Business Analyst in Retail Banking domain
- Hands on banking experience in Merchant Management/Cards/payments modules for retail banking would be highly regarded
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills mandatory
Knowledge on First Data and VB / Excel macros will be added advantage
