LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST - LEAD ANALYST

The ideal candidate is a seasoned BA with 8+ years of experience managing data warehouse projects. They
must have hands-on expertise and served as a BA in DW design/development/implementation (AWS/OCI
is a bonus) projects.
Must-Have
8+ years of hands-on experience as BA in data warehousing projects
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies
Familiarity with data modeling techniques, especially Star Schema
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their data
and reporting needs, business processes, and pain points. This involves defining, documenting,
and prioritizing business and functional requirements.
ETL and Data Integration Support: Working closely with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) developers
to define source-to-target mappings and ensure data from various source systems is correctly
integrated into the data warehouse.
