- Familiarity With The Following Tools Microsoft SQL Server, Azure DevOps/JIRA, Visio, Microsoft Office Suite
- Robust Requirement Gathering & Documentation Skills Ability to clearly articulate business needs, draft detailed process/data flows, write user stories/use cases, and validate requirements
- Deep Technical Understanding Experience with APIs, system integrations, data flows, and workflow mapping
- Strong Stakeholder Management Ability to navigate conflicting requirements and prioritize effectively
- Problem-Solving Mindset Ability to proactively identify gaps and propose solutions
- Effective Communication & Collaboration Comfortable bridging the gap between business and technical teams
- Basic Scripting Knowledge Ability to write simple scripts SQL to analyze and manipulate data
- Domain-Specific Knowledge Understanding of healthcare, finance, or supply chain industries to align business needs with technical solutions
- Testing & Quality Assurance Knowledge Familiarity with test case design, UAT coordination, and automated testing frameworks
Experience in Healthcare: Need to have experience working on healthcare projects, understand healthcare regulations, and be familiar with healthcare IT systems.
- Understanding of Security & Compliance Awareness of HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, or other industry standards affecting system design and data handling
