Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Lead Business Analyst with deep expertise in the
Passenger Service System (PSS) domain. The candidate will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring accurate requirement gathering, documentation, and project execution. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in managing complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Understanding & Alignment
- Gain a thorough understanding of the product by attending client meetings, brainstorming sessions with the IT team, and reviewing contracts and product alignment documents.
- Requirement Gathering & Documentation
- Collect and document requirements through client interactions and business team discussions.
- Prepare and maintain Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
- Develop technical and non-technical documents such as BRD, FSD, SRS, NFR, and user manuals.
- Process Design & Analysis
- Create workflow charts and process flow diagrams to represent business processes.
- Define project requirements by identifying milestones and communicating with stakeholders.
- Project Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project progress, resolve issues, and publish progress reports.
- Perform complete project tracking and update all required milestones, portals, and presentations.
- Collaboration with QA & Development Teams
- Work closely with QA and development teams to ensure clarity of requirements.
- Provide use cases to QA and assist in writing test cases.
- Coordinate with QA and development teams to track project status and report to the Project Manager.
- Document Management
- Review, version control, and manage repository of all project-related documents.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Analysis, with strong exposure to PSS domain and airline industry processes.
- Expertise in documentation (BRD, FSD, SRS, NFR).
- Proficiency in creating workflow charts and process diagrams.
- Hands-on experience in project tracking tools and reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior analysts.
