Key Responsibilities
Product & Solution Management
- Stay updated on Oracle Cloud ERP features, releases, and patches.
- Convert business inputs into actionable product vision and recommendations.
- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and provide insights on process fitment in Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Configure, test, and implement R2R modules, including tax rules, allocations, and adjustments.
- Document BR100 / MC50 configuration documents.
Stakeholder Management & Delivery
- Interact with business teams, functional consultants, and developers.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements.
- Conduct walkthroughs, UAT, and sign-offs with stakeholders.
- Communicate configuration challenges, updates, and progress effectively.
- Support issue resolution and liaise with Oracle Support for enhancements and bug fixes.
- Ensure integration with third-party systems where required.
Operational Responsibilities
- Support month-end and period-end close activities.
- Validate sub-ledger reconciliations with GL.
- Perform smoke testing and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Guide junior analysts and share best practices.
