Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in driving requirement discovery, shaping functional solutions, leading crossfunctional collaboration, and supporting strategic business initiatives. The role requires a strong analytical foundation, excellent communication, and hands-on experience working with data platforms and technical teams.

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
• Interact with clients and senior stakeholders to understand complex business needs, define highquality requirements, and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
• Lead collaborative sessions with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and business teams to ensure requirement clarity and alignment.
• Data Platform Development:
• Work closely with technical teams to shape, validate, and enhance data platform solutions aligned with client goals.
• Define, refine, and track KPIs, ensuring that data solutions map directly to business objectives and value creation.
• Business Development Support:
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify new opportunities and support gotomarket efforts.
• Collaborate with the Business Development and Leadership teams to create impactful narratives, proposals, and client presentations.
• Project Delivery:
• Lead requirement workstreams, ensure timely delivery of functional milestones, and maintain strong client engagement.
• Track project progress, identify risks, drive resolutions proactively, and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Background & Skills

• MBA from a reputed institute with specialization in Business Analytics, IT Management etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology / Computer Science / Information Systems or a related quantitative field.
• 6+ years of total experience, including 4+ years post-MBA in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Strategy Analyst, or Consulting.
• Experience in IT, SaaS, Data/AI, Cloud Platforms, or Analytics-driven organizations is preferred.
• Exposure to working directly with clients in US/Europe markets or in roles requiring overlapping work hours.
