Lead Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our team. This role requires expertise across multiple domains and technologies, enabling seamless collaboration with stakeholders and the delivery of innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, developing comprehensive BRD and FRD documentation
• Foster effective stakeholder management across diverse business domains
• Implement Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe to ensure successful project delivery
• Ensure seamless data integration by leveraging APIs, ETL processes and SQL
• Utilize domain knowledge in BFSI, healthcare, insurance and life sciences to adapt to diverse projects
• Apply expertise in CRM and ERP systems to design and optimize business solutions
• Create UI/UX mock-ups tailored to business needs and user requirements
• Integrate AI models to optimize business analysis processes and enhance productivity
• Drive AI-enabled solutioning for diverse project requirements

Requirements

• 10-13 years of experience in business analysis and product ownership roles
• Knowledge of requirement gathering, BRD and FRD development processes
• Expertise in BFSI, healthcare, insurance and life sciences domains
• Strong background in Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban and SAFe
• Proficiency in SQL, API integration and ETL processes
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems for developing effective solutions
• Capability to leverage AI for BA/PO activities, including solutioning and productivity enhancement
• Competency in UI/UX design, creating mock-ups and aligning designs with business needs
