Business Analyst Lead

Job Description:

We are hiring an experiencedBusinessAnalystwith strong expertise in theCards & Payments domain.The ideal candidate must be proficient in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD preparation, ISO8583, card lifecycle, and end-to-end digital payment journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements (BRD/FRD/User Stories).
• Work with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Strong understanding of Card Lifecycle, Issuer/Acquirer flows, BIN, CMS.
• Experience in Payment Authorization, Clearing, Settlement, Disputes.

Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Architects.

• Conduct GAP analysis, impact analysis, and process mapping.
• Support UAT/SIT, defect triage, and production validations.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environment and manage sprint deliverables.

Mandatory Skills:

• Cards & Payments domain knowledge
• ISO8583 message formats
• Experience with Card Management Systems (CMS)
• BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases
• JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio

Good to Have:

• UPI, Wallets, Tokenization
• Merchant acquiring, chargebacks, fraud systems
• Experience ofBIAN framework

API (REST/SOAP)understanding

• Certifications: CBAP/CCBA/CSM/Payments
