Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements through interviews, workshops, business process reviews and evaluation of diverse information sources
- Document Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Use Cases, Scenarios, and Interface requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and expected deliverables, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Participate in the design of solutions while balancing long-term sustainability with immediate project requirements
- Manage stakeholder needs effectively, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus with strong communication skills
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify underlying business needs beyond initial user requests
- Work closely with multi-national, distributed teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery
- Design software test cases, apply testing methodologies, and efficiently document and troubleshoot errors
- Leverage expertise in Corporate Actions to guide solution design and support functional requirements
- Use tools such as Jira, GitLab, and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration
- Support Agile methodologies like Scrum or SAFe to ensure streamlined project execution
- Perform SQL scripting to independently analyze and manipulate data relevant to project objectives
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, and Stakeholder Management in capital markets or investment banking
- Knowledge of Corporate Actions with a strong understanding of underlying processes, systems, and risks
- Expertise in documenting user scenarios, functional requirements, and business rules
- Skills in software testing design, methodologies, and documentation with troubleshooting proficiency
- Experience with tools like Jira, GitLab, and Confluence for project and documentation workflows
- Background in Agile methodologies, ideally Scrum or SAFe
- Proficiency in SQL scripting and analysis for working on datasets independently
- Background in working with geographically dispersed and multi-national teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presenting
- Flexibility to evaluate and adopt new technologies, reuse strategic platforms, and make forward-looking decisions
- English level B2 or higher, both spoken and written
