Lead Business Analyst

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including a minimum of 2 years on data-centric projects.
• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, business process modelling, and documentation.
• Strong understanding of data management concepts, such as data warehousing, ETL, and data quality.
• Experience with relevant tools, including SQL, Excel, BI tools, and process mapping software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.
• Eligibility to work in the project's location (for example, Dublin, if applicable).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Media industry
• Experience with data visualisation tools, including Power BI.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a distributed team.
• Experience in change management and training delivery.

Deliverables

• Business Requirements Document (BRD)
• Functional and Data Requirements Specifications
• Work items in Azure DevOps such as Epics, Features, User stories
• Process maps and data flow diagrams
• Documentation of test cases and acceptance criteria
• Stakeholder meeting artefacts, including agendas, minutes, and action items
• UAT support documentation
• Final project report and recommendations
