We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Body Control Module/Thermal Management System, to lead and contribute to the design and development for our Automotive Domain.
KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS: In this role, you will be successful, if you have:
Experience:
- 10 to 15 Years of experience in Automotive Software development/testing
- In-depth knowledge of body systems including central locking, anti-theft systems, power windows, lighting, and comfort/convenience features or Thermal Management System like Cabin Temperature and Battery temperature management, Electro-Machine cooling.
- Expertise in the architecture and integration of Body Control Modules (BCMs).
- Experience in modeling, simulation, and validation of body systems using tools like MATLAB/Simulink.
- Strong Exposure to different Testing stages UT, IT and Software qualification test.
- Familiarity with system-level testing including HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop), SIL (Software-in-the-Loop), and vehicle-level validation.
- Knowledge of ISO 26262 functional safety and cybersecurity standards applicable to chassis/body systems.
- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration with hardware, software, and testing teams across global locations.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, especially in requirement management and technical reporting.
