Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Bench Sales Recruiter to manage and drive onsite US IT bench sales operations from our Madhapur office. This role requires a strong hands-on contributor who can lead a team, market consultants effectively, close deals, and maintain long-term vendor relationships across the US staffing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of US IT Bench Sales Recruiters onsite
  • Market W2 and C2C consultants to Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, and direct clients
  • Own the end-to-end bench sales lifecycle: consultant marketing, interview coordination, rate negotiation, and onboarding
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
  • Drive daily submissions, interviews, placements, and revenue targets
  • Ensure optimal bench utilization and minimize consultant aging
  • Handle escalations related to rates, compliance, and client requirements
  • Maintain accurate data in ATS and VMS portals
  • Train, mentor, and performance-manage junior bench sales recruiters

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 58 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales
  • Prior experience as a Lead or Senior Bench Sales Recruiter
  • Strong network of Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, and implementation partners
  • Proven track record of closures and successful rate negotiations
  • Experience marketing consultants on W2 and C2C
  • Hands-on knowledge of ATS, VMS, and US staffing compliance
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work in US time zones
