Requirements
- Strong expertise in backend development using Golang, Java, or Node programming language.
- Proven experience designing and building microservices architecture and RESTful APIs for high-scale products.
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency in containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns for scalable systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
- You are eligible for this role if you have 8+ years of experience in software development and programming, of which at least 2+ years should be in leading a team of developers.
- Bachelor's degree (B. Tech) in Computer Science or a related field from a recognised university.
