Primary Responsibilities

Functional

Core

• Responsible for creation, testing & releasing (version control) project Software (PLC, & SCADA & IIOT Interface and IIOT Tag list) Created from P&ID/ Flow chart, FS for releasing process for customer software V1.00 or higher (PLC & SCADA)
• Accountable for creating content for technical inputs to Documentation team for the machine documentation including operation manuals
  
  

Internal process

• Supporting Automation & Controls Head in verification of process inputs for the Automation department in order to
  
  

Support Design & Integration lead to execute software integration test results (ITR) with simulation software before factory acceptance test (FAT)

• Provide information related to software functions to Design & Integration Lead for supporting service department during installation & commissioning and start up
• Supporting Lead Panel & Fabrication & Machine integration for execution of machine functions tests with wired control panel (I/O tests, machine settings and function) in order to release ITR test protocols and hand over to QA for Product testing
• Support Lead Hardware engineering for retrofit and spare part business for hardware and software in order to
  
  

Key Result Areas


Drive project configuration work for software programs as per Master reference and Global regulatory and GMP/ GAMP and Company validation and test standards Company standards in-order to have achieve on time delivery in full for production machines as per Sales Order.
