NPD Manager - Beauty & Cosmetics Experience: 3-5 years of experience in makeup product development, preferably in beauty brand, R & D (cosmetics) background will be preferable

Role Summary The NPD Manager will lead end-to-end product development for beauty/makeup categories - from concept to commercialization - working closely with manufacturers, packaging, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, on-trend, and commercially viable products. Key Responsibilities Own the complete NPD lifecycle: ideation, feasibility, formulation, sampling, testing, scale-up skus, and launch. Work with manufacturers and labs on formulations, trials, costing, MOQs, timelines, and production readiness. Collaborate closely with Packaging Manager and Designers to ensure product-pack-brand alignment. Manage project timelines, critical paths, and cross-team coordination. Track trends, competitor landscape, and innovation opportunities. Ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and documentation. Drive cost optimization while maintaining product performance and brand promise. Requirements Strong understanding of formulations/textures/formats, trend forward ingredients, lips, face, eyes product development, and packaging compatibility. Technical and R & D graduates will be preferred, beauty, cosmetics and skin care Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills. Trend-driven, detail-oriented, and commercially sharp. Excellent Excel and Power Point Skills for data analysis and Core/strategy presentations
