Inviting applications for the role of Lead Associate, NX CAD Automation Engineer!
We are seeking a skilled NX CAD Automation Engineer to develop automation tools and custom applications within NX to improve engineering productivity and streamline CAD workflows. The role involves programming, customization, and integration of NX CAD functionalities using NX Open APIs.
Responsibilities
Interact with the project leader to get clarity on the requirements
Define strategy for the given requirements with the Project Lead before implementation
Develop design tool functionalities (NX Modeling) and GUI using NXOpen, C++ & Ufunc
Experience in NX Journaling ,UIStyler, Block Styler
Adhere to the schedules and milestones that are agreed upon.
Provide comprehensive reports to manager and the development team periodically as agreed upon.
Participate in person during teleconferencing discussions weekly and as needed
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors in Mechanical engineering with relevant years of experience
Experience in developing Engineering software using NX Modeling, NXOpen, C++ & Ufunc
Strong understanding of SDLC.
Awareness about GUI development using Qt and GitHub will be beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience in CAD customization and automation frameworks.
Knowledge of PLM systems such as Teamcenter.
Familiarity with Windows application development.
Knowledge of engineering domains like automotive or aerospace.
