Job Description
Experience: 3.0-6.0 years

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee marketplace operations, including managing vendors, coordinating sales activities, and handling stakeholder relationships.
- Utilize data reporting and analysis to make informed decisions regarding pricing strategies and marketplace performance.
- Negotiate favorable deals with vendors and partners to ensure a competitive edge in the marketplace.
- Develop and implement effective stakeholder management strategies to foster long-term partnerships and business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketplace initiatives and optimize operational processes.
- Monitor marketplace trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures related to marketplace operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations and marketplace management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data reporting and interpretation.
