Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and remove roadblocks.
Ensure adherence to SLA, quality, and compliance standards.
Functional Domain Knowledge
Strong understanding of bank debt instruments and loan lifecycle events.
Expertise in financial data mapping, exception handling, and system integration.
Familiarity with Accounting systems and agent bank reporting formats (Geneva,
VPM, ClearPar, WSO, etc.) Knowledge of hedge fund operations, NAV process, and fund accounting workflows.
Key Systems Used
Portfolio Management Systems (PMS): BlackRock Aladdin, Geneva, Eze,
Enfusion, Imagine, or Advent.
Loan Administration Platforms: ClearPar, LoanIQ, Markit WSO, Allvue.
Custodian Data Feeds: BNY Mellon, JPMorgan, State Street, Northern Trust.
Reconciliation Tools: Intellimatch, SmartStream TLM, AutoRek, ReconArt,
Duco.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
57 years of experience in reconciliation implementation, configuration, or
financial system support.
Hands-on experience with at least one reconciliation platform (e.g.,
Intellimatch, SmartStream TLM, AutoRek, ReconArt, or equivalent).
