About Team
Myntra Ads is the growth engine for sellers/brands on the platform. The function is responsible for driving ads led growth on the platform for our brands/ sellers. The role involves deeper understanding of a brand's seller's objectives and building tailor made solutions to help achieve them.
From a platform perspective, doing the above will help us add to the bottom-line of the company and thus improving the overall profitability of the company.
Roles and Responsibilities
- To be a growth hacker for brands in your portfolio - understand objectives / problem, build a strong pipeline of solutions and convert them to winning ads pitches
- To drive objective based marketing against the planned spend for every brand
- Design and execution of strategic marketing initiatives on platform
- Conduct in-depth month reviews and close plans ahead of time
- Sharing brand/ consumer / media insights which are backed by data and detailed analytics
- To be the efficiency maximiser of brands ads spends
- Leverage consumer funnel insights to ensure best output from a media plan
- Champion the brand RoI from all ads spends
- Experimenting and building right mix of media of assets
- To own and deliver Ads spends targets for your portfolio
- Work with internal stakeholders for end to end execution of media plan including ad serving, reports etc.
- Oversee campaign delivery and monitor uplifts across funnel metrics in line with the objectives and share insights with brands for further optimisation on the go
Qualifications & Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Ecomm/ Ads/ Agency/ Quick Commerce
- Must have at least one of these: Business development or Demand Generation
- MBA from Tier 1 B-school only
