Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled
Lead Application Developer with expertise in
C#/.NET and Angular to drive the design, solutioning, and development of enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong
architecture and design expertise, proven experience in building scalable and maintainable solutions, and the leadership skills to guide a high-performing team. This role requires a balance of
technical excellence, analytical ability, business understanding, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the solutioning, architecture, and technical design of complex enterprise applications.
- Drive end-to-end development using C#/.NET (Core, ASP.NET, Web API, MVC) and Angular.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns across the team.
- Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, technical coaching, and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure applications are high-performing, secure, and maintainable.
- Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to align on requirements and delivery.
- Drive adoption of Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Continuously explore new technologies and recommend improvements for future solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1012 years of IT experience with a strong background in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API, MVC, and Angular.
- Proven experience in solutioning, application architecture, and system design for large-scale systems.
- Hands-on expertise with SQL Server/Oracle/NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of front-end development (Angular 8+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Solid knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native architectures (Azure/AWS).
- Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of guiding and mentoring teams.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to React/Blazor in addition to Angular.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
- Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and enterprise integration patterns.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Experience in performance tuning, security best practices, and scalability optimization.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
