About The Role
We are looking for a Lead Angular Developer to join our front-end engineering team and
take ownership of building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The
ideal candidate will be hands-on with Angular, lead a small team of developers, and
collaborate with UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver
exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex, scalable, and high-performance front-end
applications using Angular (v8+).
- Drive architectural decisions, coding standards, and best practices for front-end
development.
- Mentor and guide a team of front-end developers through code reviews, pair
programming, and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to deliver
cohesive and efficient solutions.
- Optimize application performance, maintainability, and security.
- Stay current with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Oversee integration with RESTful APIs and ensure consistent data flow between front-
end and back-end systems.
- Manage version control, CI/CD pipelines, and release cycles for front-end codebases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional front-end development experience, with 3+ years in Angular
(v10+ preferred).
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS.
- Deep understanding of RxJS, NgRx (or similar state management libraries), and Angular CLI.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
- Solid grasp of web performance optimization, responsive design, and cross-browser
compatibility.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience mentoring developers and leading small technical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Micro Frontends and modular architecture.
- Familiarity with Node.js, NestJS, or other backend frameworks.
- Familiarity with grid frameworks like Kendo UI Grid, AG Grid,
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Previous experience in enterprise-scale applications or SaaS products.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or
equivalent experience).
