Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and optimize Appian applications aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers
- Design complex workflows, integrations (REST APIs, Web Services), and reports
- Drive process automation and continuous improvement
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Appian BPM, SAIL, expression rules, and interfaces
- Proficiency in Java, SQL, Python, and database management
- Experience with Appian Process HQ, Case Management Studio, and Appian 24.4+
- Appian Certified Senior Developer preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
