Lead Analyst - Power Bi & ML Ops

Spectral Consultants is Hiring: Team Lead Reporting (Power BI) & ML Operations for one of the leading Consulting firm in Bangalore location.

Experience:4.56 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily/weekly reporting & ML Ops activities.
• Monitor, validate, and refresh Power BI and Qlik dashboards.
• Troubleshoot data issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive quick resolutions.
• Ensure accuracy of dataflows and timely delivery of alerts.
• Maintain SOPs, escalation protocols, and operational documentation.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary client POC for updates, incidents, and escalations.
• Communicate clearly through emails, reports, and meetings.
• Translate technical data issues into business-friendly insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues with minimal disruption.

Requirements:

• 4.56 years in BI operations, reporting support, or data management.
• Strong experience with Power BI and/or Qlik.
• Good understanding of data investigations, monitoring, and validations.
• Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with ETL/data integration concepts.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-handling skills.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage fast-paced operations.
