Lowe's India employs over 3,600 associates across technology, analytics, merchandising, supply chain, marketing, finance and accounting, product management, and shared services leveraging new technologies and finding innovative methods to ensure Lowe's has a competitive edge in its key markets.

Key Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this role is to translate business problems into analytic designs and perform the quantitative analysis or model building needed to help guide key business decisions. This includes applying knowledge of Lowe's data concepts to the creation of relevant analytic designs and making sound, data-driven business recommendations. This role must follow analytical best practices, analyze and report accurate results, and identify meaningful insights that directly support decision making.

  • Comfortable in the Workday reporting and analytics framework
  • Organize data to create a single source of truth that is easy to use
  • Understand complex analytics cases that require the combination/transformation of datasets to deliver quality solutions
  • Build standards and reusable components/frameworks for data pipelines
  • Create and maintain Workday Prism Analytics tables, derived datasets, and data change tasks
  • Responsible for defining the scope to build the dashboards and configure process flows in Prism that conform to best practices
  • Support standard reporting and driving self service

Technical Experience

  • Comfortable in the Workday reporting and analytics framework
  • Experience working with large datasets
  • Working knowledge of data acquisition/datasets/tables/data transformation and security in Prism Analytics
  • Development and setup of Workday custom reports involving Workday Prism as needed
  • Comfortable in process optimization techniques
  • Good understanding of Workday security domains
  • Expertise in creating Workday calculated fields
  • Nice to have experience in Workday integration and data streams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent work experience
  • 7 years of related experience in Workday
  • Strong experience with Prism and SQL.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across locations
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and articulation skills
