Understand of the overall solution, application architecture, development methodologies
and the Technologies used for development and testing.
Position the architecture practices within the project and secure an effective execution
of
architecture that is aligned with the set expectations of the Product Development.
Act as a focal point for key design decisions and for resolving technical conflicts.
Provide consultancy to build infrastructure to facilitate development on agreed
technology.
Provide advice and direction to the architecture and development teams on the detailed
design and development in the context of the overall delivery in the product.
Formulate and review the system development methodology and standards. Ensure
proper coding and UI guidelines are set for the development team and are reviewed on
time.
Monitor the architectural landscape to identify potential problems early so that timely
corrective action can be taken.
Plan and conduct technical design reviews and walkthroughs for major project or
projects which may impact the target architecture.
Mentoring and guiding the development team.
Work with the QA team to ensure that appropriate technical controls and standards are
in place in the program.
Interact with Prime BU and SME's to understand pain areas.
Develop right solutions keeping in mind product roadmap and business needs. Build
scalable, performance optimistic, secure and easy to maintain solutions.
Bring in best practices, design patterns, data structures and algorithms while developing
the solutions. Communicate the solutions effectively to stakeholders.
Analyze, Estimate, Design, Develop and Maintain complex software product. Solve
complex engineering problems quickly and smartly.
Your future duties and responsibilities
8+ years of hands on Exp in .Net based projects with Full stack.
Product development will be added advantage.
Min 3+ years of experience as Technical Lead with hands on experience.

Establish and build TDD, BDD, DevOps and Agile Practices. Ensure automatic unit tests,
end to end integration tests, API tests, code quality parameters etc. are continuously
kept green in the project.
Involved in developing the product in all levels - from the database to the interfaces and
integration with external parties.
Good hands on experience working with SQL Server databases.
Contribute hands on and build components, framework needed for the product.
Contribute hands on with the development and guide other members in the team.
Manage and review product development from performance, scalability, security etc. so
that it meets the road map, functional and nonfunctional requirements of diverse
clients.
Contribute with Impact analysis and RCA's. Proactively identify risks, communicate with
right stakeholders effectively and help mitigate any open risks and issues.
