This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Lead Analyst, Marketing Analytics in India.

We are seeking a Lead Analyst to drive data-informed decisions across marketing initiatives in a dynamic B2B environment. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, managing datasets, and optimizing marketing analytics pipelines. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, enhance data models, and support insights that drive campaign performance and digital marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, leveraging advanced SQL, Tableau, and marketing technology tools to transform raw data into actionable insights. This position offers the opportunity to influence marketing strategies, improve reporting accuracy, and mentor team members in analytics best practices.

Accountabilities

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of interactive dashboards, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.
  • Create and maintain datasets, SQL queries, and data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing, data, and operations teams to optimize reporting processes and maintain data integrity.
  • Enhance data pipelines and models to support evolving business needs and improve analytics capabilities.
  • Analyze marketing performance, website metrics, and full-funnel conversions to provide actionable insights.
  • Document processes, data lineage, and analytical workflows, and train stakeholders on reporting tools and dashboards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, operations, or related fields in a B2B environment.
  • Expert-level Tableau skills, including certification and hands-on experience developing dashboards and datasets.
  • Advanced SQL expertise and experience working with Snowflake or similar data warehouses.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing technology tools such as Salesforce CRM, Marketo, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and 6Sense.
  • Experience analyzing digital marketing performance, full-funnel metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.
