The Lead Analyst will play a crucial role in our Infrastructure Operations - Command Center Monitoring department. They will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the stability of our infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations and quick issue resolution.
- Monitor infrastructure components for stability and performance.
- Manage incidents, coordinate change requests, and troubleshoot issues.
- Oversee monitoring tools and ensure timely alerts to technical teams.
- Conduct root cause analysis and generate performance reports.
- Support disaster recovery exercises and monitor switchover processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement monitoring setups for new projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts on monitoring best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure monitoring and operations.
- Strong knowledge of server, network, and application monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
