Lead Analyst, Deal Pricing

Why we need this role
Lead the development of competitive pricing strategies for medium to highcomplexity opportunities. Provide commercial leadership, deal shaping, drive pricing governance, and influence deal strategy to support revenue, margin, and winrate improvement.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities to handle.
- Own pricing strategy and governance for complex, multicountry opportunities.
- Provide strategic commercial recommendations to Sales, Bid Teams, and senior leadership.
- Review and finetune cost models, deal structures, and commercial proposals.
- Ensure full adherence to pricing governance, DoA, and regulatory requirements.
- Guide stakeholders through approval pathways and governance checkpoints.
- Lead commercial risk assessments and develop mitigation recommendations.
- Partner with Product and Finance teams to enhance pricing frameworks and tools.
- Uplift functional capability and coach junior analysts where required.
- Represent Pricing in commercial reviews as needed.
- Contribute to transformation initiatives
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives
What We're Looking For
Skills & experience we are looking for:-
- 8+ years in telecom pricing, commercial management, advanced financial modelling, or accountingdriven commercial roles.
- Accounting background or strong commercial finance experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of global telecom markets, economics, and competitive dynamics.
- Advanced Excel modelling and deep analytical capability.
- Strong data orientation with ability to derive insights for strategic decisionmaking.
- Good to have: Experience with Power BI or similar analytics platforms.
- Strong executivelevel communication and stakeholder management capability.
- Proficient with numbers and advanced model calculations
- Adept at working in a fast moving and multicultural environment
- Takes initiative to keep skills of self up to date and actively contributes to team knowledge sharing
- Graduate/MBA or Formal education in business or numerate discipline or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and shape negotiation strategy for highvalue opportunities.
