Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Qualtrics Certifications (XM Discover) Oversee and manage a team.
· Minimum 4 years experience in delivering projects on Qualtrics platform along with client facing engagements.
· Supervise the execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
· Liaise with clients to understand their objectives, requirements, and expectations for projects.
· Train, mentor, and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development.
· Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members and provide guidance as needed.
· Maintain awareness of industry trends, best practices, and new research techniques to continuously improve processes.
· Manage the client relationship, ensuring effective communication and understanding of research findings.
· Assess and optimize team workload to ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
· Monitor team productivity and adjust assignments to maintain a balanced workload.
· Track team utilization to identify underutilized resources and improve efficiency
· Support on pre-sales activity from operational side and plan any POC/demo if required
