Mobcoder is looking for a Lead AI/ML Engineer to build and scale LLM-powered assistants, agentic workflows, and intelligent AI systems
What You'll Do
- Design and build memory-aware LLM systems (RAG, long-term memory, personalization)
- Architect agent and tool-calling pipelines with high reliability
- Optimize AI systems for accuracy, latency, and cost
- Lead AI solutions from prototype to production
- Mentor engineers and collaborate cross-functionally
- Define evaluation, monitoring, and safety frameworks to reduce hallucinations and improve production reliability
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience shipping LLM/agent-based systems to production
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with recent hands-on work in LLMs and agent systems
- Strong expertise in RAG, retrieval, embeddings, and re-ranking
- Hands-on experience with tool/function calling and post-training
- Solid Python skills and modern LLM frameworks
- AI-first mindset with strong ownership
