Lead Active Directory Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and own the global AD and Azure AD strategy; act as subject matter expert for complex technical and operational challenges.
• Design & Implementation: Lead architectural design, deployment, and management of AD and Azure AD; ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance environments.
• Collaboration with IAM Teams: Work with Identity Lifecycle, PAM, Certificate Services, and other IAM teams to ensure integrated and consistent identity management.
• Integration & Automation: Develop scripts and tools to automate directory management, domain provisioning, and OU/site standardization; integrate AD/Azure AD with IAM tools.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee directory operations, monitor performance, ensure disaster recovery readiness, and optimize availability.
• Security & Compliance: Enforce access controls, password policies, and auditing; maintain compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and other regulations.
• Directory Services Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve directory performance; lead migrations/upgrades with minimal disruption.
• Managed Services Support: Provide guidance to Managed Service teams and act as escalation point for unresolved issues.
• Documentation & Training: Maintain documentation for architecture, policies, and processes; provide knowledge transfer and training to teams.
