Position: Lead Accountant R2R (Cost Accounting Lease Accounting)
Location: Pune
Experience: 4 to 10 Years
CTC: Up to 10 LPA
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / BBM (Commerce Background Only)
Certifications: CA / CPA / Inter (Preferred)
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled
Lead Accountant (R2R) with strong expertise in
Cost Accounting and Lease Accounting , along with proven experience in
General Ledger (GL) operations and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes
- Perform inventory reconciliations and lease accounting activities
- Lead and manage a team, ensuring high performance and productivity
- Drive process improvements, simplification, and transformation initiatives
- Ensure accuracy and quality in financial reporting and deliverables
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and implement performance improvement plans
- Maintain proper documentation, SOPs, and version control
- Deploy and monitor process controls, QA frameworks, and risk mitigation
- Stakeholder management and reporting
Key Requirements
- 46 years of FA experience with minimum 2+ years in GL accounting
- Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting Lease Accounting
- Proven team handling and leadership skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Experience in process transformation and automation initiatives
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
