Key Responsibilities:
Process & Transformation Consulting
- Analyze client asset management processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend and implement process transformations aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
Technology Implementation & Optimization
- Lead or support implementations of Asset Management systems (e.g., IBM Maximo) including upgrades and system integrations.
- Ensure alignment between business processes and technology solutions, leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities where possible.
- Assist in configuring workflows, dashboards, and reports to enhance operational visibility.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Manage multiple initiatives or projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within timelines and budget.
- Engage with clients, IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to provide guidance and ensure successful solution adoption.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to enable smooth transitions.
Continuous Improvement & Advisory
- Identify opportunities for process and technology optimization in asset management operations.
- Advise clients on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance asset performance and ROI.
- Maintain documentation of business requirements, solution designs, and implementation decisions.
