- Vertical sales leader for infra. Develop the business for infra vertical for Pan India. Special focus shall be on metro, tunnel, data centre.
- Consultative engagements will be targeted towards both external customers and internal stakeholders in direct support of customer s needs.
- Help Honeywell teams understand and develop effective product messaging, end user product requirements and product value propositions.
- Help customers confidently understand Solution/product capabilities, product value and integration within customer workflows and in direct support of customers strategic initiatives.
- Established connect with customer and consultant for infra vertical specially for Metro, Tunnel, Data centre.
- Work with channel partner and develop them for execution of the order
- Drive specification of PLC and SCADA with customer and consultant.
- Develop the healthy pipeline to meet the AOP and year year over growth
- Collaborate with channel sales team and regional sales team to close the order.
- Charting out a clear path for achieving the 2X business growth for the Western Region in the next 3 years.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- Have experience in the following Technologies & Processes: DCS, SCADA, PLC, Ethernet Networking, Cyber Security
- Have industry domain knowledge and expertise around smart city, metro, data centre.
- Must also have proven commercial and Legal awareness and acumen.
- Clear Understanding of the vertical.
- Overall 15+ Years Experience with minimum 3-4 years of experience in a direct customer-facing role (Sales & Marketing) in the infra industry and should have handled large accounts directly.
- Experience in developing strategic offering roadmap & execution and
- Experience in Collaborating with cross functional teams (Technology, Design, Engineering, Sales, etc.).
