Role Summary

We are looking for a Lead Motion Graphic Artist with advanced 3D skills who can take ownership of motion projects from concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate has experience leading motion teams, understands product communication and consistently delivers visually polished results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the motion graphics pipeline for product-based animation projects

Create high-quality 3D product motions, reveal sequences and brand launch visuals

Guide, mentor and review the work of junior motion artists

Work closely with the Creative Director on look, feel and storytelling

Ensure project quality, deadlines and consistency across deliveries

Contribute to storyboarding, camera language and product presentation

Required Skills

Strong experience in 3D motion graphics

Software knowledge in Blender, Maya, Cinema4D or similar

Solid understanding of animation principles

Ability to handle lighting, shading and look development in 3D

Understanding of product visualization and brand design

Previous leadership or mentoring experience

Nice To Have

Experience in product commercials

Strong camera animation skills

Product reveal animation experience

Knowledge of Houdini
