Hands on experience in surface & Investment estimations for Internal logistics perimeter and Evaluate Layout performance using standard tools.
Experience in Layout Proposals creation and agreement with different stake holders with the support of the functional pilot.
Preparation of technical specifications & RFQ for the Launching the purchasing process.
Area clearance/ Shifting for new project Implementation & Deployment of picking Kitting facilities like Racks, Chutter, IPMS integration etc.
Kitting Parts Job allocation, Validate Ergonomic feasibility, cycle time validations etc and build concern closing and handover.
Knowledge in Layout design Tools like MicroStation/ Auto-CAD.
Ability to design & Validate 2D & 3D for KitKat/ Kit box & Synchro dollies in CATIA and confirm part fitment, SNP, Ergonomics, Standards etc (will be an added advantage).
