Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Lawyer role located in Rohini. The Lawyer will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and offering innovative legal solutions to contractual challenges. The role also involves providing legal advice and representing the organization in legal matters, managing disputes, and maintaining corporate records, focusing on education-related issues and institutional matters.

Must have knowledge of IP & Trademark Law

Timings: 9:30am to 6:00pm (6 Days Working Monday to Saturday )

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Legal Research, Drafting, and Interpretation of contracts and corporate policies.
  • Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Litigation Management.
  • Knowledge and application of Regulatory Compliance and Legal Risk Assessment in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication, dispute resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Educational qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB or LLM), with enrollment in the State Bar Council or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in corporate or institutional legal matters, preferably in the education sector.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and provide sound legal advice under diverse and complex scenarios.
