Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research related to corporate, contract, intellectual property, and regulatory matters.
- Oversee compliance activities, company policies, terms & conditions, and internal legal frameworks.
- Handle legal queries from customers, partners, vendors, and internal departments.
- Support management in corporate law matters, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Stay updated on relevant industry laws, guidelines, and legal best practices.
- Maintain accurate legal records and ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance.
