Job Description :
Contracts & Transaction Support:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including technology and platform agreements, licensing, outsourcing, SaaS, API integrations, payment gateway arrangements, and vendor/partner contracts in the fintech space.
- Structure and document arrangements with service providers, affiliates, and group companies.
- Ensure contracts reflect appropriate risk allocation, regulatory requirements, and robust data security/privacy safeguards in line with Indian and global data protection standards (e.g., DPDP Act, GDPR where applicable).
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: L.L.B. (mandatory), L.L.M. preferred.
- Experience: 89 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 34 years in financial services/fintech sector.
- Knowledge of Contract Law, IT/fintech laws, and data protection/privacy frameworks (DPDP Act, GDPR exposure preferred).
- Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and manage complex fintech and digital contracts.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
