Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Law Officer, based in Mumbai. The Law Officer will be responsible for providing legal support on various matters, including managing litigation cases and briefing law firms, keeping a track of matters, drafting legal documents including agreements, NDAs, etc., and offering counsel on various statutory rights and obligations. The role involves liaising with courts, overseeing legal aspects of projects, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The candidate will also manage and review legal risks associated with real estate and infrastructure activities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Law, with experience in handling legal matters, briefing law firms, compliance and interpretations
• Skilled in Legal Writing, with proficiency in drafting agreements, contracts, and other legal documentation
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; certification or license to practice law is required
• Prior experience in real estate or infrastructure law is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
