- Assist the team in legal compliances work for the RBI and regulated entities.
- Conduct research on corporate law, financial law and regulations.
- Collaborate with the legal team on corporate governance, compliances matters.
- Assist in drafting the policies and legal documents for the companies.
- Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in LegalTech and FinTech team with legal perspective to develop scalable software and tools.
