Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Research legal topics and case law to support case preparation.
- Draft and review legal pleadings and documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare case synopsis and summaries for ongoing cases to aid in case analysis.
- Assist in preparing briefs for advocates on listed matters to enhance case presentation.
- Prepare brief notes for senior advocates and attend conference.
- Visit courts, including Supreme Court, High Court, District Courts, NCDRC, RERA, NCLT, to support case proceedings and gather necessary information.
