Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Work on Re-work (Rejected/Short Settled/Mis-selling) cases.
- Preparation of Claim petitions & SCN's.
- Preparation of draft of letters to be sent to Grievance Cell of Insurance Ombudsman
- Empanelment of Advocates for appearing on behalf of customers.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all phases of operations and Coordinate support
throughout the business
- Co-ordination with Partners for procurement of documents.
- Provide regular performance updates to the senior leadership team
- Maintaining MIS
- To devise and implement and drive a customer feedback strategy for All TIB business
- Maintain the TAT of claims as per the company SOP.
- Deployed and implement companies SOP at partnerships and clients
- Review performance of the company with partners & agent
