Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Laundry Supervisor. The Laundry Supervisor will oversee daily laundry operations, ensuring processes adhere to company standards for hygiene, efficiency, and sustainability. Responsibilities include staff management, scheduling, training, equipment monitoring, quality control, and compliance with operational guidelines . The supervisor will collaborate with the team to address challenges, monitor service quality, and maintain consistent output in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and supervising laundry operations, including staff scheduling and workload allocation.
• Proficiency in quality control, equipment maintenance, and understanding operational compliance.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage, train, and motivate teams effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency for handling technology-driven tools like tracking systems and service reports.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and infection control is a plus.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills in operational environments.
• Prior experience in commercial laundry or operational management is highly desirable.
