Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Laser Service Engineer, based in Ahmedabad with the flexibility for occasional work from home. The Laser Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing laser machines and related equipment. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing field service and support to customers, and delivering maintenance and repair services to ensure optimal performance of machinery. Effective communication with clients and team members is essential to provide high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to identify and resolve equipment issues effectively.
• Field Service and Maintenance & Repair expertise to deliver on-site machine servicing and ensure optimal functionality.
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients and provide clear technical support.
• Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
• Knowledge of laser machinery and CNC technologies is highly desirable.
• Experience in working in a hybrid environment with flexibility for on-site and remote work.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant technical field is required.
